efficiently, and electronic remittance and EDI reports are sent directly
back in a timely manner. Chart files allow your staff to scan in
patient insurance cards, photo IDs, referrals, authorizations, and any
other important information to attach to a patient file so that we have
everything we need for billing purposes.

Kareo's innovative new kFax service
allows a MEDICUS client to use a standard fax machine to capture
paperwork directly into
Kareo's integrated document management system.
Kareo assigns each medical practice a unique kFax
phone number. These faxes are received by
Kareo's
fax servers and converted into scanned documents that MEDICUS
staff members can retrieve at any time.
